The 16-32 Drum Sander is the newest member of SuperMax Tools drum sander family which was designed with new features to improve productivity. Patented Quick Adjustment Lever: reduces set-up time. Very satisfied in the product and seller
I have only had this sander for a little over a week. I have used it a lot so far to sand boards and some end-grain cutting boards. The sander was delivered on a pallet directly from Laguna with no damage. Bonus, the pallet was made of oak which I reclaimed and sanded down. The size is perfect for my smaller basement workshop. I did tweak the conveyor bed parallelism just a bit, but otherwise, it was good to go out of the box. Adjustment is easy. The sandpaper is easy to load, the quick height adjustment is really useful and the Intellisand function works great so far. My dust collector is way louder than the sander so it's a nice break from the planer for light passes. I'd highly recommend this sander unless you want something larger. I haven't tried anything over 16" wide yet, but I won't need that capacity any time soon with the projects I make. I've used the supplied 80 grit paper and some 120 so far. I'm going to order some 180 and 220 because the 120 still leaves scratches in end-grain that take some time to sand out. For edge-grain and glue-ups I've found 120 to be good enough.

SuperMax 16-32 Drum Sander
Sander arrived from Laguna warehouse later than expected due to a Laguna issue. Arrived in excellent condition. Assembled stand without issue and had sander atop it and secured quickly. User manual Instructions did not meet package contents - no wooden supports on bottom of sander. Not a big deal as bolts to join sander with base were supplied. Experience with USToolDepot.com from which item was ordered was a very satisfying one. Interactions with Chris at US Tool Depot were professional and timely. Will use the site for future purchases.

16 32 Sander
Of all the tools and equipment I've bought this is the first piece that has came fully assembled, except for stand, even the stand was well manufactured and all the parts furnished and actually fit. The machine was fully calibrated and actually ready to run with out having to spend hours adjusting . Very well built and sturdy. Runs exceptionally quiet for machine of it's size. Excellent value.
