They are designed for use in Sjobergs workbenches – either in the round dog holes found on the work surface or in the holes on the front legs of the trestle. However, they can be used in any 3/4" hole. Maximum working height is 6" and throat is 4-3/4". Sold as a pair.

Very pleased with the product. The quality of the materials is excellent as expected of Sjobergs. This product is not made in Sweden but in Taiwan. If it were Chinese made I would return it because of the price. This item is expensive for what it is but I am pleased and will keep it. This vendor has the best price anywhere.

Sjobergs - 3/4" Duo/Nordic Holdfast
Although the pictures don't show it the long shank of the holdfast is threaded so that it will bite into the dog hole for better hold. They are perfect compared to the traditional hold fast the eventually destroys the dog holes.
